You can either turn it into a piece of stationery, display the location of your event on your invitation, or frame it and hang it on the wall. Large or small, ornate or simple, old or new - celebrate the place where you live!
The price for a custom house drawing or painting varies based on the project, but the range is typically $150-300 for a black and white drawing, and a watercolor wash is an additional $100. A $100 deposit is required to start the design process, and it’s helpful if you send me any samples that you particularly like, either from my portfolio or elsewhere. Once the project is complete, I’ll send you a black and white vector file (or high-resolution color file for watercolor) for printing with an invoice for the remainder of the cost.
